INTERVIEW & SELECTION
- The interview is based on job requirements. Candidates who have the right attitude, competencies, and knowledge related to the job vacancies are considered for an interview.
- First Interview: interview with Human Resource Representative.
- Second Interview: interview with Team Leader.
- Final Interview: interview with CEO.
FEEDBACK & JOB OFFER
- Interview results and offer letters will be sent to selected candidates via email.
- Thank you letter with interview results will be sent to unselected candidates once the recruitment process is done
- Unselected CVs will be kept in our candidate database for future suitable vacancies.
