JOB DESCRIPTION – MARKETING LEADER

In Singapore, we have consistently maintained the TOP 1 position across major e-commerce platforms in our core product category. Therefore, we are seeking a Marketing Leader—someone who embodies strategic thinking, creativity, and performance management capabilities—to drive Ultimate Sup towards stronger development.

2. Job Description

A. Strategy & Direction:

  • Develop the overall Marketing Strategy (Branding & Performance) for the Ultimate Sup ecosystem and its affiliated brands.
  • Establish quarterly/monthly communication and revenue plans, collaborating with relevant departments to achieve common KPIs.
  • Manage the marketing budget, ensuring cost-effectiveness and optimal return on investment (ROAS/ROI).
  • Propose creative strategies, new product launch campaigns, and key branding initiatives.

B. Execution & Operation:

  • Manage and lead the marketing team (content, design, media, KOL, social, ads, etc.).
  • Oversee the execution of digital campaigns (Meta, Google, TikTok, SEO, email…) and branding channels (PR, KOL, events, community).
  • Monitor, analyze campaign performance, and continuously optimize based on real-time data.
  • Work closely with the Sales and Marketplace Operations departments to optimize revenue and conversion.
  • Provide regular reports on marketing activities and market insights to the Board of Directors.

3. Candidate Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Economics, or an equivalent field.
  • Minimum of 03 years of experience in a similar leadership role or as a Senior Marketing/Performance Team Lead.
  • Proven hands-on experience in both Branding (brand building, positioning, KOLs, community) and Performance Marketing (running ads, optimizing revenue).
  • Proficiency across key digital platforms: Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok, SEO, and Email automation.
  • Possesses a data-driven mindset with strong planning and data-based decision-making abilities.
  • Excellent leadership, coaching, and team management skills.
  • Proactive, creative mindset and a “project ownership” spirit, taking full responsibility for results.
