As we expand our ecosystem and enter a new chapter of market leadership, we’re hiring a MarCom Manager: a strategic marketing leader who can drive brand impact across markets and create breakout communications.

Role & Reporting

  • Title: Marketing & Communications (MarCom) Manager
  • Reports to: CEO
  • Team scope: 11 members (Content Creation + Growth teams)
  • Markets: Singapore and other international markets.

Role Objectives

End-to-End Marketing Strategy & Operations

  • Own the full marketing strategy and execution: creative (photo/video), content, affiliate marketing, livestream, performance marketing, and influencer marketing.
  • Lead brand portfolio management, driving growth in existing categories and successful launches in new ones.

Market Strategy & Go-to-Market

  • Define brand positioning, target segmentation, and comprehensive marketing plans for each product/category.
  • Maintain leadership for the master brand (Ultimate Sup) while growing awareness for new categories in Singapore; research and localize for expansion into Southeast Asia, Asia, and global markets.

Data-Driven Performance Optimization

  • Build and run a marketing measurement system; turn data into actionable insights for strategic decisions.
  • Optimize against revenue, ROI, traffic, and brand awareness.

Cross-Functional Acceleration

  • Act as the connector across Product & Category, Platform Operations, and more to launch synchronized campaigns and hit go-live timelines and shared targets.

Key Responsibilities

Strategy & Leadership

  • Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies by market and by channel to deliver revenue and share growth.
  • Manage, allocate, and optimize budgets with a strict ROI mindset.
  • Direct, assign, and review performance across Content, Performance, Influencer, and Livestream.
  • Own brand positioning, voice, and visual identity across the entire portfolio and all customer touchpoints.
  • Author creative briefs; lead production; orchestrate multi-channel campaign execution with consistent messaging.
  • Research customer insights, competitors, and trends in Singapore and target countries to inform strategy.
  • Build and maintain strategic relationships with media and KOLs/influencers.

Operations & Process

  • Build and standardize SOPs for all marketing workstreams.
  • Set direction and approve partnership strategies with KOLs/influencers, media, and other partners.
  • Oversee progress and output quality across teams.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with Product & Category to deliver go-to-market strategies for new products.
  • Align offers and messaging with Sales/Operations to maximize conversion.

Measurement & Optimization

  • Track KPIs by workstream, analyze campaign data, and drive continuous improvement.
  • Report marketing performance and insights to the CEO on a regular cadence.

Team & Culture

  • Train, coach, and build in-house capabilities.
  • Contribute to a positive, creative, results-oriented culture.

Candidate Profile

Must-Have Skills & Experience

  • Strong preference for candidates with solid, end-to-end brand-building experience.
  • 3–5+ years in Marketing, including ≥1 year in a comparable leadership role (Brand Manager, MarCom Manager).
  • Experience managing multiple brands or product portfolios is a strong plus.
  • Business-level English (spoken and written).
  • Core skills: marketing data analysis, budget management, strategy development, content creation, team management, information synthesis.
  • Strategic, data-driven marketer with creativity and sharp market sense.

Nice-to-Have

  • International market experience, especially Singapore and Asia.
  • Deep understanding of the e-commerce ecosystem (Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, etc.).
  • Passion for or deep knowledge of fitness/sports (a plus given our core categories).
  • Strong leadership, influence, and project management skills.
