Therefore, we are seeking a Lead Creative Strategist who will be the creative brain driving the strategy behind our most effective advertising content.

2. Main Objective of the Role

This is a data-driven and idea-centric role. You will be responsible for leading the planning, testing, and optimization of high-performing paid media creatives across Meta, TikTok, Google, and emerging platforms.

Your goal is to transform performance data into actionable creative briefs, continuously generate fresh and high-impact ideas (hooks, angles), and thereby drive revenue growth across all sales channels.

3. Key Responsibilities

1. Creative Strategy & Ideation:

  • Lead the development of the creative strategy for all advertising assets.
  • Develop a comprehensive content strategy for TikTok and TikTok Shop, from trend research and script ideation to production direction.
  • Provide clear and compelling creative briefs for the internal production team (Video Editors, Graphic Designers) and external partners (UGC creators).
  • Testing hypotheses, concepts, hooks, angles, and scripts to optimize key metrics (CTR, CVR, ROAS).
  • Coordinate with MarCom and Operations teams to ensure the creative strategy aligns with the objectives of each ad channel and upcoming campaigns.

2. Data Analysis & Optimization:

  • Utilize analytical tools to monitor and evaluate the performance of creatives.
  • Analyze winning ads to identify common formulas and valuable insights for iteration and scaling.
  • Maintain a system for recording testing results and lessons learned to continuously optimize content direction.

3. Cross-Functional Collaboration & Execution:

  • Work closely and in tandem with Video Editors & Graphic Designers, providing feedback on drafts to ensure the final product executes the strategic vision.
  • Collaborate with other departments (Social, E-commerce) to ensure consistency and facilitate the reuse of high-performing content.
  • Participate in operating the “Creative Sprint” process (the cycle of creative production & testing), planning the volume, product focus, and direction for each cycle.

4. Trend Awareness & Innovation:

  • Stay ahead of the curve by tracking emerging ad trends, content formats, and creative strategies across platforms.
  • Proactively propose testing new formats, hooks, and creative styles to unlock the next level of growth.

4. Candidate Requirements

Core Skills & Experience (Mandatory):

  • 4-5+ years of experience in creative strategy, paid social advertising, or performance-driven content development at an E-commerce (DTC brand) or Performance Marketing Agency.
  • Possess a portfolio demonstrating experience in developing high-performing ads on Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and TikTok.
  • Exceptional brief writing and copywriting skills for ideation. This is the core competence for this position.
  • Deep understanding of creative testing frameworks and paid media advertising strategies.
  • Strong analytical mindset, with experience working with advertising data and translating it into actionable insights.

Prioritized Skills & Mindset:

  • Self-starter and autonomous mindset with the ability to work effectively across functions.
  • “Can-do” attitude, viewing testing and failure as a necessary part of the process to find the winning formula.
  • Experience in working with or providing briefs to UGC Creators.
  • A passion for or knowledge of the fitness, bodybuilding, or health industry is a significant advantage.
  • Good reading comprehension in English for researching international materials and trends.
