1. JOB DESCRIPTION
- Job Title: General Accountant
- Working Mode: Fulltime
- Direct Manager: CEO
PURPOSE OF WORK
Responsible for the company’s activities.
- Think actively about work goals based on the company’s overall goals.
- Actively execute within the authorized scope to achieve personal goals, and contribute to the company’s overall goals.
- Actively develop and improve operational quality.
TASKS
- Handling of daily accounting tasks
- Responsible for accounts receivables/payables
- Reconcile revenue/sales report of e-commerce platforms.
- Maintain cash and bank journal, prepare monthly bank reconciliation, monitorpayment terms and cash forecast.
- Prepare payment for payroll, payment to supplier.
- Ensure a timely month-end closing using Xero software.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly (GST report) and annual reports, and local statutoryfinancial statements.
- Other ad-hoc tasks as required.
WORKING TIME
Working time
- 9 am to 6pm (Lunch break from 12 pm to 1 pm)
- Working from Monday to Saturday.
Annual leave
- The number of annual leave days is 12 days, equivalent to 1 day/month.
- Employees are allowed to accumulate time off but ensure:
- Your work is supported and helped by others.
- The number of days off is not too much.
2. JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Sex: Male/Female/Others
- Degree: Degree in Finance/ Accountancy
WORK EXPERIENCE
- Minimum 2 years post-qualification experience.
- Priority is given to candidates with experience in the field of e-commerce and retail.
KNOWLEDGE
- Xero is a preference.
- Handling inventory and shipments
- Experienced in accounting for online platforms like Shopee, Lazada, Amazon, etc.
SKILL
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Critical thinking, proactive and problem-solving oriented mind-set
- Excellent Microsoft excel skills.
ATTITUDE
- Meticulous, positive and teamwork
- Highly independent, reliable, accountable and confident to take on financialresponsibility.

GROSS SALARY
- Competitive salary: 14M – 17M
- Probation period: 2 months ~ 100% salary. After 2 months, you will sign an official contract and enjoy social benefits.

NOTE:
Each candidate will have a minimum of 2 months probation. Every week, the manager will have a direct review of work results and suitability for the company. During the evaluation session, personnel can also state their wishes and aspirations at work. After 2 months, the employee will receive official promotion results or not.
