Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic, English-speaking Livestream Presenter to host product livestreams on Shopee and TikTok. You will engage audiences, present products clearly, and help drive sales through fun, on-trend, and professional live sessions.

Key Responsibilities:

Host livestream sessions in English on Shopee and TikTok, following the company’s planned schedule and themes.
Create and pitch ideas for entertaining, trend-based, and informative livestream content.
Present products professionally, explaining their features, benefits, prices, and promotions.
Interact naturally with viewers — answer questions, respond to comments, encourage purchases, and boost engagement.
Work closely with the operations team to align livestream content with ongoing campaigns and promotions.
Review and assess your own livestream performance to improve delivery and audience interaction.
Flexible shift work with 4 time slots daily (6am–9am, 10am–1pm, 5pm–8pm, 9pm–12am).

Candidate Requirements

Gender: Open to Male, Female, and LGBT applicants
Language: Fluent English is required

Experience & Knowledge:

Previous livestream experience is an advantage but not required — training will be provided.
Fluent, natural spoken English with clear pronunciation.

Skills:

Confident on camera with a friendly, engaging personality.
Good communication skills and ability to explain information clearly.
Strong improvisation skills for handling unexpected situations during livestreams.
Energetic, outgoing, and able to capture audience attention.
Physically fit and able to maintain high energy for extended sessions.
Creative and willing to experiment with different livestream styles.

Attitude & Personality:

Positive, proactive, and team-oriented.
Responsible and punctual — respecting scheduled livestream times.
Open to learning and applying feedback to improve performance.
Passionate about e-commerce livestreaming and the health/fitness product industry.

Benefits & Compensation

Base rate: 6,500,000 VND per 100 hours/month (4 hours/day schedule).
Commission: Sales-based commission for each livestream session (calculated in SGD).
Average monthly income: 12–18 million VND.
Training provided in livestream techniques, sales strategies, and e-commerce platforms.
