Location: Hanoi, Vietnam
Salary: 14–20 million VND/month (base salary 12–18 million VND, plus KPI-based incentives

Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Ecommerce Operations Specialist to ensure smooth store operations, maintain excellent internal KPIs, and establish clear processes.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Maintain stable store operations with strong internal metrics and well-defined workflows.
  • Deeply optimize Shopee Ads: beyond managing campaigns, you will share expertise and upskill the current team in ad performance.
  • Achieve 10–20% monthly revenue growth compared to the current baseline.
  • Build or refine systems to track performance, optimize manpower, and assess results using the MBO model.
  • Leverage existing resources: top-category store, rich datasets, defined ad budgets, and an established support team — enabling you to focus on solving the right problems.

Candidate Requirements

Experience & Skills:

  • Minimum 2 years managing e-commerce platforms (Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop preferred) with prior experience handling store revenue of 800M VND/month or more.
  • Experience in Beauty & Personal Care industry is highly preferred.
  • Strong understanding of key performance drivers: traffic, CTR, CVR, GMV.
  • Expertise in Shopee Ads with the ability to analyze and optimize data for higher conversion and lower costs.
  • Data-driven mindset with solid business insights and dashboard/report creation skills to support decision-making.
  • Proven experience in planning marketplace campaigns, promotions, and vouchers to achieve business goals while optimizing budgets.
  • Process-oriented and proactive in proposing improvements without waiting for assignments.
  • Strong training and knowledge-sharing abilities, especially in ads and e-commerce operations.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Economics or related fields; English proficiency required.
  • International platform experience is a significant advantage.
  • Excellent cross-department collaboration skills with strong communication and problem-solving abilities.

Working Hours:

  • Monday–Friday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (office)
  • Saturday: 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM (WFH)
