Job Description:

• Handling of daily accounting tasks.
• Responsible for accounts receivables/payables.
• Reconcile revenue/sales report of e-commerce platforms.
• Maintain cash and bank journal, prepare monthly bank reconciliation, monitor payment terms and cash forecast.
• Prepare payment for payroll, payment to supplier.
• Ensure a timely month-end closing using Xero software.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly (GST report) and annual reports, and local statutory financial statements.
• Other ad-hoc tasks as required.

Requirements:

• Degree in Finance/Accountancy with minimum 2 years post-qualification experience.
• Meticulous, positive and teamwork-oriented.
• Highly independent, reliable, accountable and confident to take on financial responsibility.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Critical thinking, proactive and problem-solving oriented mind-set.
• Knowledge of Xero and Singapore local tax is a preference.
• Knowledge of handling inventory and shipments.
• Experienced in accounting for online platforms like Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop (preferred).
• Proficient in English (IELTS 6.5+ or equivalent).
