5 steps. Fast, fair, and transparent.
Application Review (1–2 business days)
Submit your CV through our careers page or TopCV. Our team reviews every application personally — no AI screening, no automated rejections. We look for potential, not just keywords.
Initial Conversation (15–20 minutes)
A quick phone or video call with our team. This isn’t an interrogation — it’s a two-way conversation. We want to understand your goals, and we want you to understand ours. Come with questions.
Skills Assessment (Varies by role)
Depending on the role, we may ask you to complete a short practical task. For marketing roles, this might be a mini campaign brief. For operations, a case study. We keep it realistic and respect your time.
Team Interview (45–60 minutes)
You’ll meet 2–3 team members including your potential direct manager. We focus on culture fit, problem-solving, and real-world scenarios from our business.
Offer & Onboarding (Move fast)
If it’s a mutual fit, we move fast. You’ll receive a clear offer with salary, benefits, and start date. Our onboarding includes a structured first-week program, a buddy system, and clear 30-60-90 day goals.

We’re primarily office-based in Hanoi. We believe the energy, collaboration, and learning that happen in-person are hard to replicate remotely — especially for a fast-moving team.
What’s the salary range?
We publish salary ranges on our job listings. We believe in transparency — no surprises, no awkward negotiations.
Do I need to speak English?
Yes, working English is required for most roles since we operate in the Singapore market. You don’t need to be fluent, but you need to be comfortable reading, writing, and communicating in English daily.
How fast do you respond to applications?
