Morning workout — Optional gym session with the team. CEO joins. Most people do too. Starts the day right.

Daily standup — Priorities for the day. Sharp at 9:00. Everyone aligned, then we move.
9:00 – 12:00
Deep work block — Store operations, content production, data analysis. No unnecessary meetings during this window.
12:00 – 13:00
Lunch break — ₫25,000/day lunch support from the company. Eat well, recharge.
13:00 – 18:00
Campaigns, meetings, cross-team — Collaboration time. Reviews, launches, syncs with the Singapore team.
Saturday
8:00 – 12:00, work from home — Half day from wherever you are. Light, flexible, done by noon.
