Each product is the culmination of science, natural solutions, and a deep understanding of the modern woman’s needs (aged 25-45). We build our online shopping experience not just to sell products but to cultivate loyal customers. For us, the website is not an auxiliary channel; it is the heart of our entire business operation. An excellent website operations and conversion optimization strategy is vital for achieving our ambitious growth targets.
2. Job Summary
As a Website Operations & Conversion Rate Optimization Specialist, you will be the architect of our shopping experience on the Shopify platform. Your role goes beyond website administration; you will directly drive revenue by designing, building, and continuously optimizing landing pages and the entire customer journey. Leveraging tools like PageFly, GemPage, and Replo, you will transform strategic ideas into high-converting sales pages. This role requires a seamless blend of execution design (with Canva), data analytical skills, and a deep understanding of user psychology to contribute to the company’s growth.
Management & Development Path
- Reports Directly to: CEO – a 15-year experienced mentor.
- Career Path: This is a foundational role with a fast-track opportunity for promotion to Mini CEO of the project.
- Team Vision by 2025: To build a dedicated CRO & Web Operations team, becoming the Center of Excellence for digital experience optimization within the company.
3. Key Roles and Responsibilities
- Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) & UX: Responsible for optimizing conversion rates and user experience by building, managing, and A/B testing landing pages (using PageFly, GemPage, Replo).
- Execution & Design: Quickly design visual assets (using Canva), arrange website layouts to enhance persuasiveness, and analyze metrics and user behavior (via Hotjar, Clarity) to continuously propose improvement solutions.
- Shopify Operations: Manage products, collections, promotional programs, and related apps on the Shopify platform.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the Performance Marketing, Design, and Customer Support teams to ensure campaigns are implemented synchronously and effectively.
4. Skills and Requirements
Core Competencies (Mandatory):
- Experience: 1-2 years of proven experience in E-commerce website operations (Shopify preferred) and conversion optimization. Must have strong conceptual thinking, learning capability, and solid hands-on experience.
- Technical Proficiency:
- Experience with landing page builder apps such as PageFly, GemPage, and Replo.
- Proficiency in using Canva to design and process images for the website.
- Basic video editing using CapCut.
- Analytical Mindset: Ability to interpret basic data on user behavior and website performance to make data-driven decisions.
- Organization Skills: Capable of managing multiple projects and tests simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Tool Proficiency: Proficiency in Canva and Excel (Mandatory).
- Communication: Business-level English (especially reading and writing) to work with international documentation, apps, and themes.
Major Plus (Nice-to-have):
- Experience using Figma.
- Knowledge of specialized A/B testing and heatmap tools (Google Optimize, VWO, Hotjar, etc.).
- Basic knowledge of On-page SEO.
- Basic understanding of HTML/CSS for minor adjustments.
